Vicenza company to present new three-vessel brewhouse at Rimini Exhibition
After a 2010 crowned with success, EasyBräu returns to the Sapore Exhibition in Rimini (Selezione Birra, Beverage & Co – February 19-22, 2011) with the objective of moving further along the path of its extraordinary development.
Impiantinox, the company based in Sarcedo (VI) that created the EasyBräu brand precisely in order to follow its growing business in the design, construction, and supply of microbrewery systems more closely, will be presenting a new machine that exponentially expands its range and gives brewers the chance to further increase and characterize the beers they brew at the prestigious exhibition in Italy’s Romagna district.
This new brewhouse that works with three vessels is sized for a volume that varies from 5-10 hl of finished beer with an average density of 15 Plato degrees. The brewhouse is composed of two vessels for mashing, boiling, and whirlpool, plus one lauter tun. This permits the normal production of a 5 hl single brew or a 10 hl double brew of beer wort in one day with reduced processing times (8-10 hr) and costs, and this is the ideal solution especially for most breweries that require variable production around the year due to the alternation of seasonal peaks and periods of more modest sales.
What’s more, this machine permits an expansion of the types of processing available and therefore the production of particular beer recipes, such as infusion or decoction mashing (with 1,2,3-mash method) or the introduction of blends of raw cereals (wheat, corn, rice, and other flaked cereals) that require a preliminary starch gelatinization/separation treatment.
As in the great EasyBräu-Impiantinox tradition, particular attention is dedicated to the machine’s energy efficiency, which through evolved management software, operator touch-screen terminal, and energy saving pneumatic valves and motors permits the optimization of resources and the reduction of both production costs and environmental impact.
