The Sarcedo (VI) company was confirmed as a national emerging brand for the supply of plants for producing artisan beer.



Even if the economy is currently finding it difficult to return to its previous state, at least one sector is living a moment of triumph. The business tied to the production of artisan beer is, in fact, acquiring a continually wider market, a fact confirmed by the excellent results of the recent Sapore Tasting Experience exhibition held in Rimini.

It is a market that counts a young Vicenza brand among its protagonists: EasyBräu, a brand created by Impiantinox, specialised in the design, construction and supply of plants for producing artisan beer.


The Sarcedo company was already proposed as one of the most active companies of 2010 at the Rimini exhibition (the most important sector exhibition in Italy), identifying itself as a supplier of various breweries that had been awarded prizes during the Beer of the Year competition.

This year, the success became even greater: more than 150 potential clients visited the EasyBräu stand during the exhibition weekend, many of which were intent on starting the production of artisan beer independently. The Vicenza brand is particularly appreciated by this target because it offers a “turnkey” service, working alongside the client during all the phases required for starting an activity. Training, for which EasyBräu guarantees the help of a professional brewer, has been carried out since 2011 in the enlarged and renovated premises in Sarcedo, which also hold a pilot plant for making experimental batches.

The contacts made in Rimini create the grounds for extending the client portfolio to new regions such as Sicily, Puglia, Lazio, Abruzzo, and the Marche. This is also possible thanks to the new machinery that completes the range: a brewing room that works with three vats and makes it possible to produce normal quantities (single brew of 5hl) or choose to produce double brews of 10hl of wort in one day, reducing times (8/10 h) and working costs. It is an ideal solution for many breweries that have to vary their production because of seasonal peaks alternated with more modest sales periods.

Another great satisfaction of EasyBräu is that of being the only official sponsor of the Beer of the Year 2011 competition, won by the Ducato Brewery. “The flattering results obtained at Rimini give us an extra boost for enthusiastically facing the next challenges,” confirms Egidio Grazian, chairman of Impiantinox. “The recent hiring of staff in the production, technical and sales departments has allowed us to implement our organization with the aim of continuing our growth.”
