Energy Efficiency
More savings for the client, more respect of the environment: EasyBräu blends these two requirements in the best manner possible when designing its range of Systems and Mashing Rooms.
Steam, water, electricity, and air are the resources needed for producing beer. To optimise use, Impiantinox uses very advanced technological instruments such as the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), which dialogues in real time with the operator through a clear and complete man-machine screen interface. The specifically developed Studio Software can run the processes necessary for reaching and maintaining the temperature with suitable PID mathematic algorithms, using the energy resources for all the primary and secondary working functions in the best way possible.
The material used, such as AISI 304/316 stainless steel, together with the construction techniques are guarantees of the extremely high level of product quality.
An efficient system for recovering water vapour during the boiling phase makes it possible to heat additional quantities of water, stored in insulated tanks, for different production or service uses.
The reduced consumption of electricity is guaranteed by IE2 Energy Efficiency Class motors, which are interlocked with speed variators (inverters) also applied to motors of below 0.75 kW.
The maximum energy efficiency philosophy is confirmed also with the application of low consumption pneumatic valves that use the compressed air completely to supply the system, avoiding useless dispersion.
This ‘intelligent’ management of water, heat and electric resources, which guarantees savings in working cost and a lower environmental impact, is also applied during the washing and rinsing phases, fundamental for rendering the plants hygienic.
